Latosha Williams is a Ph.D. student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs program at Indiana University. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University. Before coming to Indiana University, Latosha served as a Career Services Professional and Assessment Coordinator in the Office of Career Services at Fayetteville State University. Latosha has experience with multicultural student engagement, diversity and social justice issues, assessment, and residence life management.

Latosha is interested in institutional effectiveness and leadership at historically black colleges and universities (HBCU), the engagement/integration of marginalized populations into the college environment, women in leadership and administration of higher education, and graduate student and faculty relationships from an advising and mentoring lens.
