Joe is a doctoral student within the Educational Leadership and Policy department at Indiana University. He holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Saint Vincent College and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. Prior to coming to IU, he spent five years teaching elementary level students at identified low-performing schools in the state of Florida.
