Berenice Sánchez is a PhD student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs program at Indiana University. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a M.A. in Politics, Economics and Business from Claremont Graduate University. Before coming to Indiana University, she served as the Assistant Director of La Casa Cultural Latina at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has experience working in the areas of multicultural affairs, greek life, social justice training, and conference planning.
Berenice works as a NSSE project associate for Team 1 (institutions A-E)
Berenice is interested in educational experiences of marginalized populations, cultural centers, critical race theory, and social justice education.
